The Solution

P&D recently completed this large turnkey project for a large nationwide supplier of consumables into the construction industry.

This multi-faceted project would turn an empty unit into a fully functioning retail and distribution centre complete with high bay pallet racking, order picking euro shelving, a mezzanine floor and office accommodation.

P&D also created the retail area, supplying a trade counter, slat walling, gondolas and other shopfitting products.

With only a 4 week build time, it was essential that the project was managed very carefully and all trades co-ordinated to achieve handover on time.

One of the benefits of using P&D as main contractor for a project of this type is that with just a single point of contact, communication between all suppliers, trades and the end user is direct and trouble free.
