P&D Projects have recently completed a new pallet racking installation at the new distribution hub of Paton Developments in Farnborough, Hampshire.
Following a series of discussions regarding optimising the layout, a wide aisle system was agreed upon whereby the counter balance truck had plenty of room to operate.
The Link 51 pallet racking frames were supplied slightly higher than actually required allowing the flexibility for additional storage levels to be introduced at a later date with minimum disruption to the day to day operation of the business.
A total of 432 pallet positions have been created with 1100mm frame depth suitable for the Euro Pallets that Paton Developments receive.
This project was taken to site and built within 3 weeks of the instruction to proceed with the frames arriving preassembled from the factory to minimise the build time.
