Free Site Survey
Following an initial survey where we measure the storage space and discuss the options, P&D Projects will provide a CAD presentation that demonstrates the proposed new layout, tyre racking bay elevation, and consideration for the correct sized picking aisle. It may be that we also supply either mobile or fold away access steps to ensure that the picking is carried out safely.
Tyre Racking Systems
Our tyre racking system itself is an extremely robust and modular system; it can easily withstand the rigours of the tyre and automotive industry for many years, so you don't have to worry about a weak and fragile system. Additionally, we have a huge range of sizes available; enabling you to maximise the number of tyres stored within a given space.
The system is fully modular and can easily be relocated, reconfigured or added to as your needs change in the future.
Stillages
Some tyre wholesalers prefer to store their tyres in stillages for flexibility when moving in bulk. Whilst these stillages stack on top of one another, greater access can be achieved if the stillages are stored within our heavy duty tyre storage racks. With every stillage then becoming available without the need to move them around to get to the stillage required.
Delivery And Installation Of Racking Systems
P&D Projects have several teams of fitters that cover the UK so it doesn't matter to us where you are; chances are we have one of our systems in your hometown.
Once an order has been placed we get to work very quickly getting the tyre racks on-site and built within your timeframe (typically within 2-3 weeks but quite often quicker when needed). Our fitting teams always available to help move the tyres around once we have finished building. We understand that not every site has people available to help with this; after all everyone has their own jobs and tasks that they need to do.
